To encourage people to turn their food waste into thoughtful gifts the sessions will focus on different techniques for preserving food, such as fermenting, pickling and making chutney. Please see our website for more information about the Gift of Waste campaign. A full overview of the cooking sessions including how to book tickets can be found here.
